Leaves... ...falling... (Winter calling) Green... Yellow... Orange... Red... Brown... Dry on the ground Dead leaves all around Blown with a northerly sound Inundated by reminiscences of yonder I contemplate and ponder Visions of death in a scene oh so somber! And I wonder w hat lies ahead for me... When all I see is sorrow Twirling past into tomorrow God only knows why! (Even if I cry) Nature changes for a reason Bringing in a new season Of (hopefully) hope, joy, wisdom If only we would choose to forgive Bury the past and forget Live and let live Love with no regret! Fallen Autumn leaves, Rest in peace Beneath Winter's (dormant) promises!
